My Facebook account is hacked today. Any one are able to help me . How to recover.... Already he changed the account email and phone number

go to facebook.com/hacked immediately, that form works even if email/phone got changed

Sorry this happened! but don’t worry, there is a way you can still recover your account with ease
 
Have you completed all the steps to verify your Facebook account?
 
You can contact support for assistance, and you should do so as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can check your email for the information change notification and click "This is not me" to restore your account.
 
Have you reported your account to Meta's hat team so they can delete it, and do you need to provide the necessary information to recover it?
 
you should immediately report it inside facebook, secure your email (change password + enable 2fa), and contact facebook support

if they've already changed both the email and phone number, your only shot is using the exact same old device and the familiar daily IP range to click the meta identity verification link

Contact Meta's support and do it's verification if required.
 
Report it to facebook support.

Now check your computer for viruses, you have maybe a keylogger installed or maybe used facebook credentials on suspicious websites.

Scan your computer or phone for viruses.
