TSS04/TSS09 usually indicate a reputation or authentication issue on Yahoo/AOL.
Try:
• Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are correctly configured.
• Reduce sending volume and warm up IPs gradually.

what I think is going on in your case is your email list is not cleared for bounce rate
you list can contain spam-trap/honeypot addresses
this is common and this is ruining your sender repuation
use a seed/honeypot detection and then clear the list
then start slow re-engagement
also make sure reverse DNS (PTR) matches HELO/EHLO and that HELO identifies the sending domain/IP

the main problem is ip and domain reputation you need to have a list of your own yahoo account 100-300 accounts open it in an app like go login each with its own profile and proxy then run ur campaigns there first start small like 1 email per ip in an our and go to the accounts report that emails to inbox if they land in spam if they are inbox just open the emails keep going like this for few days until ur servers can send 100 email per ip per hour then you need to start sending real email data that's also for warm up better choose some region that dosnt have a high rate of complains like India and u will see better results
