when i come back i see laptop
did some research this laptop worth around $1200
its sitting there
i aint sure if i should buy a charger see what inside

If someone broke into your house and used your internet for something that might get you in trouble, tampering with the evidence isn't going to help you.

no i live with my parnets [broke] but they have no idea about tech they also dont know where this shit came from
if someone want use my internet he would access my wifi from a car sitting 1blocks from my house

There's a lot of things someone could be doing with a laptop in your room, almost none of them are good. The internet suggestion was only one example.
The main point is that this may be evidence that someone entered your room without your knowledge, for unknown reasons. The more you touch it, the harder it gets if the police need to investigate.
Did your parents have any visitors while you were away? Is there any possibility whatsoever that it may have been a friend or family member who left it behind?

Imagine your room having spawn points for random tech
Buy the charger, but if the first thing you see when it turns on is a countdown timer or an FBI warning, it’s not my fault.
