For me creating helpful content and getting backlinks from relevant websites has given the best long term results It takes more time but the rankings are more stable and the traffic keeps growing over time
 
Look at the top results on Google for your keyword. If they all show quick lists, do not write a giant essay. Match their format so readers get answers instantly.

Publishing helpful content consistently has given the best long-term results. I also build quality backlinks from relevant websites and improve internal linking whenever I add new articles.
 
Look at what people are searching for and put a short, 40-word direct answer right at the top of your post. This makes your site highly likely to get picked up by featured snippets and AI search tools.
 
Consistency and earning quality backlinks naturally have worked best for me. I'm adding or updating content every 2-3 months.

From personal experience, the safest route in white-hat SEO is just to stick to gud content and then work on building links on top of that.
My stable pages came mostly from refreshing old content and not from any tricks.
Backlinks matter, but only if there is already quality content.
It is a boring process, but that's how it's usually done.

Regularly updating existing content has brought better long term gains then constantly chasing new keyword.
 
For me, it's consistently publishing useful content and earning relevant backlinks over time. It takes longer than shortcuts, but the results tend to be much more stable after algorithm updates.
 
I regularly update content with long-term consistency, building quality links and topics to improve the user experience and boost website rankings.

i would say understanding intent has made the biggest difference.Once the content matches what people are actually looking for, everything else seems to work better.
