Have you ever hire anyone on bhw and how do you filter for good talent ?

Most conversation on bhw, avoid tg, and use escrow if possible.

Also look of old good message counts and good reaction scores as well.

I've hired quite a few people over the years, and my biggest lesson is not to choose based on the cheapest price or the best sales pitch.

A few things that help me filter good talent:

Ask for 2–3 recent case studies with actual results.
Give them a small paid test before committing to a bigger project.
See how they communicate. Fast, clear, and honest communication is a huge green flag.
Ask specific questions about their process instead of just looking at screenshots.
Start with a short-term project and scale only after they deliver.

A good freelancer doesn't just promise results they explain how they'll get them and keep you updated along the way.

I found out people don't appreciate being paid in hentai recommendations .
