Same here. From what I’ve noticed most problems usually originate on the landing page . Even a solid campgn can get flagged if the page doesn’t fulfill google's requirements.

me personally i'm using Trafficshield for gambling ads on google. I don't have issues, but the cloaker is not as important as the warm up phase, account creation, white page, vps etc.
