Is it worth creating AI models to sell on Fanvue in 2026? Should I create a journey?

I was thinking about giving this AI model business another try I’ve created tons of videos and photos. I have a stable, trained model that always has the same face. Right now, I’m posting videos on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest not all of them are doing very well. I don’t understand why TikTok is so stupid, shadowbanning almost everything. Other than that, I’m trying my best; I need advice from serious people on how I can grow this. If you’re interested, I can create a series here for you to follow. I say this because it peaked in 2025 last year. Things are calmer now, and I think it could work. I'd like to generate some income from this. If you know of any other ways I can generate traffic, please let me know I'd really appreciate it!

its still viable but the game moved. making the model isnt the moat anymore, lora+comfyui is commoditized, everyone can spin up a consistent face now, so posting the same content across tiktok/ig/pinterest and hoping isnt enough. the actual bottleneck is the conversion layer, turning a click into a paying chat, thats where 90% stall. the people making real money arent the best renderers, theyre the ones who nailed the funnel: free middle step -> conversation -> paid unlock, and run the chats well. so worth it IF you treat it as a sales/funnel business not an art project, and a journey is great for accountability. do you have a plan for converting the traffic yet, or just the content-creation part so far?

I think besides a consistent interface, you should create videos or images that are authentic to real life or share your thoughts to build more trust. Videos like the ones currently available are easily identifiable as being created by someone else because they appear everywhere on social media, and users are very discerning, as is the system's ability to detect fakes.

I already have a Fanvue account, but I want to gain some followers or wait until followers start showing real interest before I really get going with it. I have everything ready, ranging from NSFW material to dance videos and a variety of other content.

yes !! i have, I did my best to be unique! haha even though I'm not, I've seen several AI models with millions of followers.

My problem is bad luck with Instagram and TikTok; I’ve been posting for a week, and none of my videos are getting more than 1,000 impressions. I don't know how to keep going—I'm being really consistent, but on TikTok, sometimes it just stops, hits you with a shadowban, and that's it. I think that's what happened to me, because the views suddenly go up and then just stop.

100% worth. Why not trying to run ads on Fanvue? They have a pretty good API on top of that, it's gold to feed the pixel.

They don't have ads, but you can run Meta ads on it

oh i understand now.The problem is, where do I place the ads? Most platforms will usually reject them. And if I use adult niche sites, it’ll be extremely expensive.

If you have the good setup, you won't get you ads rejected.

I'm running ads for OnlyFans, Telegram and MYM since december of 2025.
The key is to listen to every step of your funnel to improve, and to be focus on it.
The real revolution is to actually feed a pixel on your fans.

you quoted the conversion point but honestly youre a step before that. <1k impressions for a week means the algo tested your videos and the watch time didnt hold, so it stopped pushing them. two likely causes: the first 1-2 seconds arent hooking (people scroll before the algo can even judge it), or its the ai-tell LOQ mentioned, the second a viewer clocks it as fake the completion tanks. fix that before you touch ads or pixels, no funnel matters if the top of it gets no reach. whats your avg watch time on the ones that flopped, and do the videos read as obviously ai or do they pass as real?

I don't think that's really it.. my model is attractive. And I use motion control, meaning I take other videos with millions of views and copy the dance for my model. So, it's literally the same video only the model and the setting change.

thats actually the issue, not the model. copying a viral video 1:1 and just swapping the girl does two things against you: tiktoks originality system flags near-identical rehashes and quietly caps them, and even when it doesnt, a 1:1 copy has zero novelty, people already saw the real one so theres no reason to watch yours to the end or reshare it. the attractive model buys you the first 1-2 seconds but the video gives them nothing new after that = low completion = no push. use the trend as a skeleton but change the hook, the payoff, add your own twist so it reads as a fresh take not a clone. are you keeping the exact same audio and timing as the original too, or changing those?

Yep, instagram and TikTok sucks for me too, when I've been posting things to advertise videos I gain 0 views, but when I had an account posting some crap "funny" videos that you can already see on those platform, then I get bunch of views.

To make money, you can get sponsored posts from reputable brand companies and put their products like a bag or jewelry on your model and promote them.
