Acording to me, you should not judge an opportunity just on the basis of domain authority. the reason is that a health related website which bring in trafic and has valuable content on indexed page is going to be much more attractive.

Find sites that offer guest post on their site.
These sites have "write for us" page. Contact them, they will most likely ask for money. Pay them if you want. If you don't want then offer them backlink exchange on you sites. For link exchange to work without getting detected you need to have multiple sites. Do a ABC link exchange.

You can use Google dorks like "keyword write for us" with your niche or primary keyword. It's better to target a micro niche or pillar content for keyword instead of using competitive niches like health.

The free DA lists are usualy obsolete or spamy. Instead of wasting time, try loking at competitors’ backlink in the health industry and contacting them directly. It is better to have one good and genuine link rather than many bad guest post.
