What's your process for finding niche-relevant websites?

I usually start by searching Google for sites already ranking in the niche then check their content quality organic traffic and overall relevance I care more about whether the audience matches my niche than metrics like DA or DR alone.

Start with Google search operators, then check competitor backlinks to find relevant websites in the same niche.

the method that save me lot of time is pulling top 3 competitors into Ahrefs and filtering their referring domains by relevance and traffic. You instantly get a list of sites already proven to link out in your niche instead of searching from scratch. Also check which sites linking to competitors but not you, those already know your niche and respond to outreach much better than completely cold prospects

you should focus less on the report itself and more on what your site is actually doing. If your key pages are still indexed, getting crawled, and bringing in traffic, I'd avoid making big changes based on one reporting update. Give it a little time and compare multiple data points before deciding there's a real indexing problem.

What's your process for finding niche-relevant websites? Which methods and metrics do you rely on most when evaluating a site's quality and relevance?
usually concentrate on whether the site would actually be usefful to someone interested in my niche. If it is got good content, a consisstent publishing history and real traffic, I think it is a good option.
The metrics are important but not the only thing I look at.

I Usually start with Google search operators and competitor backlink research, Then I check if the site has real Traffic, relevant content, and looks active before reaching out.

I usually start by searching for websites that are already ranking for my target keywords Then I check if they're genuinely relevant to the niche have real organic traffic and publish quality content regularly

I also look at their backlink profile and whether their outbound links appear natural Relevance and traffic matter much more to me than DA or DR alone

id start with competitor backlinks in ahrefs, then filter by traffic and topic. after that i check the site manually, if its active

These days I rarely go on site hunts . In Ahrefs I find 2 to 3 competing websites, look at their referring domains in terms of traffic and relevance to my niche, and see if the website is ranking anywhere in Ggle.
If the site does not get any real traffic or its content is random, I skip it despite having a gud DR.

I reverse engineer competitor footprints by scraping ranking sites for core commercial keywords, then check their outbound links. For metrics, steady organic traffic trends and ranking keywords matter way more than inflated DR scores. If a site lacks real traffic, it is skipped. ;)

Besides traffic and DR, I always look at the site's history. If the topic has changed multiple times over the years or the content suddenly switched from one niche to another, I usually avoid it.

A smaller site with a consistent history is often a better long-term choice than a high-DR site that has obviously been repurposed.

Best will be to look into google for keywords you want to rank and are relevant and then check these website that rank high and see what they do, if they are relevant and so on. In this way you can get an inside and make an idea about what is take to rank high

i spend time reviewing the site's recent posts before reaching out if the content is regularly updated and fits my niche it's usually a much better opportunity than a high metric site with no real audience

I usually start by checking if the site is actually related to the niche. After that I look at the quality of the content, whether the site is active, and if it gets real organic traffic. Relevance has always been more important than just chasing high metrics for me.

Focus on topical relevance, real organic traffic, and a clean backlink profile before considering any site.

I prioritize topical relevance, real organic traffic, and content quality over DA. if the site has an engaged audience, it's usually a solid backlink opportunity.

Check if the target website actually ranks in the top twenty results for its main keywords. If a site gets no organic traffic from Google, a link from it will carry almost zero value.
