Some good rental agencies for peptide payment gateway that I know of are RiskGates, PayKingz, UniqPayments, Nomupay, KGV. Do communicate all your concerns before locking the deal and do negotiate

Who is gonna process unlicensed pharma?
 
If you're making 20k/ mo, it's better not to depend on a local and cheap gateway better to look for something legit. Set up a proper cloaking technique, and you can avoid challenges for years
 
Cloaking is exactly why the accounts keep getting banned. The only sustainable option is to be transparent and use a compliant high-risk payment processor.

There are no legit options for unlicensed pharma. You either use miscoded or cloaked solutions. There is no 3rd option.
 
Continue using Zelle and CashApp; use a multi-account polling system.
 
At $20k/month I’d stop relying on cloaked payment setups, because once the processor reviews it the risk of another freeze is pretty high. Better to look for a high-risk processor that openly accepts peptide/supplement businesses and be ready with company docs, product details, chargeback history and any compliance paperwork they ask for.

I'm talking based on my experience and our stats. "Apps have a higher approval rate" - is theory. Very few people will even try to use them.
Most of customers don't care about zelle/venmo/whatever app. They used to pay with their ccs everywhere for years, there is 0 reason for them to change their habits.
