:p Guess I getting old. So far I only just watch one Live World Cup match. Back in 80s, 90s I always stay up late to watch.

Yes, I like to watch world cup but don't get any chance to watch it live. I hope one day i'll watch live world cup match.
 
I still do, but not like I used to. Back then I'd happily stay up all night and never miss a match. These days I mostly catch the big games or watch the highlights the next morning. I guess that's just part of getting older, priorities change, but the World Cup still has that special feeling every four years. : )
 
Of course. Right now watching the Spain match
 
same here ,feels like time moves so fast I used to watch matches all night back then too , but now it's harder to stay up like before.

Same here, I always wake up next morning watch the Highlights. In fact this coming semi and Finals also Doubt will watch it live. Currently I at Asia , if watching live will be 3am in early morning.
 
Yeah, even if our country did get kicked out fast, I watched Norway and going to watch the final this weekend.
 
I think they made it too long this time. Was it 50 teams or more?

48. They're exploring making it 64 next time.

I think 48 has worked ok. There are too many European teams and there should be a couple more African, Asian and CONCACAF sides. But not many teams have been completely outgunned.

64 will be too many though and you'll start seeing more and more one-sided hammerings. The only benefit would be that it would get rid of this bullshit of third place teams getting through to the knockouts.
