I assumed hiring help would save time immediately, but training, communication, and quality control required much more involvement than I anticipated
 
It's much harder replicating yourself than doing it alone at first. It gets better once they get ahold of the structure tho
 
would be interested to learn more about this. where did you start? platform, which tasks first
 
This is all about building proper SOP. if you cant explain it in a doc then they're not going to be able to follow it.
 
makes sense. if i wirte proper sop and optimize wording with some ai i guess that would help. if you hand a page or two to an assistent, what is your experience here? would they be able to follow properly?
 
You can probably use your Ais to generate an SOP that would smooth things over for you
 
He dosnt have a proper sop
And was thinking the va is already into the task
That's a major mistake made by alot of people
 
I found that my best way was to hire 10 people and give them an SOP for a job I wanted done. I analysed them on that first task and shortlisted the group, then for follow-on tasks to finally decide on someone that seemed to be the best.
