[HIRING] Expert Mail Server Admin & Email Deliverability Specialist

Hey guys,

I’m looking for an experienced mail server admin who actually understands deliverability to take over our mailing infrastructure.

What I need you to handle:

• Setting up and configuring solid SMTP servers (PowerMTA, Postfix, Exim—whatever you work best with).
• Nailing all the DNS records right out of the gate (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, rDNS).
• Proper IP and domain warm-ups.
• Keeping an eye on major blocklists and handling the delisting appeals when we inevitably get flagged. You need to know how to navigate Spamhaus without getting us permanently banned.
• Tweaking server settings to keep our inbox rates high across Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

Basically, I need someone to handle the backend so we can focus on the campaigns.
