Any money idea for the countries like macedonia who are not that advanced in technology and not that much opportunities, even though I can make SaaS.

North Macedonia is not a village without technology xD, there's certainly an audience with enough budget

Check some SAAS ideas working in other countries and make a local version of them

If possible expand it to the neighbor counties

Tourism-related things are my tip for you!

People don't visit anymore Spain, France and Italy so often anymore.
But they are finding cheap and beautiful nature countrys in Europe.
And I think Macedonia has those things.

So think about something, what you can offer for tourism?
Maybe some portal site? Where is the list of things to do, rent, and hotels?

But I recommend just copy paste some idea and make it in your language.

You also have to keep the business world in mind. Companies are constantly looking within Europe for low-cost production facilities or business partners capable of supplying or forwarding products and services to other parts of Europe. So, perhaps you could build a website that lists these production facilities—or properties, buildings, or spaces available for sale or rent?


Example? In Finland companies move their own offices to Estonia because there is a lower tax rate, housing is cheaper, etc.? Imagine if a Finnish company moved its operations to Macedonia instead of Estonia? And you are the guy who is the consultant or portal to do that??
Maybe it´s Germany, UK or Danish company?

If you can build SaaS, don't fence yourself in by local boundaries. Put your attention on global customers, target actual business problems, and price in USD or EUR. Even a small micro SaaS, with international users, can end up generating far more revenue than most nearby opportunities. Also, aim for usefulness first, because worldwide demand rewards good outcomes.

North Macedonia is not a village, yes. But many businesses still work through Facebook groups, Instagram, Viber, phone calls, and Excel. That is the problem that people are used into that and cannot teach them to change to smth easier.

if you can create an intuitive dashboard allowing business owners to manage excel, phone calls, social media and customers at the same place, you have a good business idea for your country

If you can already build SaaS, you're in a better position than you think. Don't limit yourself to your local market build something that solves a problem for people globally. Also, consider offering your development skills as a service while you're growing your own products so you have steady income coming in.
