Dispute is resolved

it's really simple, if they had issues prior, they should have just complained about it at the day of their purchase since they were talking to us on telegram at that time, but they didn't do anything, 7 days warranty is already pretty generous and long time, that's more than enough time to check and complain if any issue, but this person only contacted us 1 month has already passed which is very sketchy and suspicious, it's no longer within the reasonable time frame. "oh, i was busy" is not valid or reasonable response to us.

If we give in to user dispute threats then it will turn into a loophole that can and will be abused in the future, what’s the point of warranty or rules if they can just circumvent around them by simply using the forum to dispute, why do we have to adjust to user’s unreasonable demands and make them have a hold over our life, then they can simply just do it all over again in the future.

Giving in to their unreasonable demands also advertises to others that “oh, i can just buy, do whatever i want for months and as long as i can make and dispute thread then i can make unreasonable demands anytime i want”

If they can do it even after 1 month has already passed then what’s stopping them or others for doing it again after a few months or 1 year later, then are we still going to be liable for 1 year? That’s just not reasonable anymore and there will be no more point of selling here since they can just do whatever they want.
You sold me defective, inactive accounts, and you did so knowingly—without warning or informing me. It doesn’t matter whether this happened a month, a year, or seven days ago.
I didn’t threaten you. I’ve been asking you from the very beginning where I threatened you, and you never answer because I didn’t threaten you. You’re slandering me about this. I’m not abusing the system; it’s you who are putting sellers in a bad position and selling suspended accounts with issues without any warning, completely disregarding buyers’ rights. I’ve written to you proposing every possible solution, but I’ve never received a response—you haven’t offered a single solution; all you’ve said is to write a better message. I even asked you for a formal response and waited for a solution, but you’ve never been solution-oriented, and that’s how we’ve ended up here. If I weren’t acting in bad faith, I wouldn’t have written to you first and waited for a solution.

I’m someone who buys a lot of aged accounts, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem. I’ve purchased accounts from many different sites and users, and I’ve had great experiences with all of them—which is why I’ve continued to buy from them. If you had taken a solution-oriented approach and protected my rights, I would have continued doing business with you as well.

You know this isn't the kind of topic where I'd just say, “Oh, I'll take that and object like this,” and I've already explained it in detail to the mods with evidence, so please don't try to turn this into a childish argument or steer it off in different directions.

The issue here isn't guaranteed—it's that you're selling deactivated accounts with issues without warning. No seller on this forum does that; you're the one putting both those sellers and the buyers in a bad situation.

What evidence do you want from us?
I asked IF you had any more. If you don't, that's fine.

No more of these walls of text from either of you. I asked if you had more evidence. If you haven't got any then just say so and then we will lock this thread while we make a judgement.

We provided you with the solution but you wanted a replacement cause you are lazy to appeal, replacements are still reasonable if it was few days or at least a week after purchase but 1 month is way too long, you've been using these accounts for the past month and still want extra replacements which is unreasonable for us to grant.

You have to keep appealing until recovery because it's no longer within the reasonable time frame for replacements.

@agedaccs @Lukas12 The next time either of you post anything else in this thread that isn't your final evidence or you telling me you have nothing more to submit, I'll warn you.

I’ve responded to everything you’ve written, and I’ve been providing my evidence in the form of screenshots from the very beginning—the mods can see this. If the moderators need any other evidence right now, I can share it regarding any topic; otherwise, I’ll wait for a resolution.

Our evidence is what the user said provided themselves,

The product they purchased has no warranty since it's the cheapest available type we have in store, they claim that we changed the product details but did not provide screenshot or evidence for it, they only shown the top page of the text, when scrolling down the warranty is shown there, they have not provided the evidence for this being changed.

This shows more text down below when scrolling down

The replacement warranty on our BHW sales thread also only provides 7 days replacement warranty it cannot be edited, we mentioned this and the user is trying to skip over it like saying it doesn't matter what the bhw sales thread warranty says.

We only have a 7 days replacement warranty and the user themselves said in their dispute that they only contacted us 1 month has already passed, there should have been no argument further and the user has to keep appealing until recovery cause the warranty is expired.

If there was an issue prior they should have contacted us right away 1 month ago, not 1 month later cause they've been using the accounts all these time.
We already wasted a week arguing about this but the user is unreasonable.

If you have more evidence, submit it. Otherwise you don't need to post in here again unless instructed by staff.

Dispute Summary

This dispute has been found in favour of the accused.

We acknowledge that the accused (@agedaccs) has a warranty policy related to low price services that is not mentioned on their sales thread (we recommend they fix this as a matter of some urgency) but their warranty policy relating to having 7 days to log in is clear. The accused (@Lukas12) took a month to log in and while we understand they may have had legitimate reasons for this delay, we don't believe any fault lies with the seller. The accuser has issues to address but the evidence clearly suggests they are covered here.

The dispute thread will remain live but locked. The accused may now trade as usual.
