I was thinking maybe use it to promote a post on Facebook contains a product or affiliate link or something.. Any other ideas? Maybe Reselling accounts?

This flat out won't work. The reason? Your clueless and have very little money. Facts.

Look for something more reliable, that doesn't require you to invest a pittance of the last of your money. $11 can't even buy a domain bro, or hosting, so hosting a website for you is limited.

You need to look at the free methods of making money online that involve third party marketplaces. Then you can take advantage of merch selling, and or dropshipping.

$11 is too little to do anything. Anything $11 could do, can most probably be done without paying. The only thing of note I can think is buying a very high quality reddit account that is active, and use the account to promote on Reddit. But issue with that method is that Reddit is risky and your account could get slammed in a short while.
 
With $11, focus on experiments.
Test a boosted post, try a small flip, or test content + affiliate ideas. The goal is to learn what actually gets attention, not to make real profit yet.
 
11$ is enough to register a domain with webspace to start with something.
 
Buy a McDonalds and ask them for a job application while you are there.
Than when you get your first paycheck come back.

It is very difficult to build a significant career with such a meager amount of capital; instead, focus on a field you have truly mastered and engage in practical work that can generate the additional capital needed to invest in and expand your business.

You'll burn $11 on testing and won't make any money. You need a lot more money for running ads.

The safest option for you is to get a cheap domain and host it with free hosts like Google sites that allow you to make an easy landing page without any limits. Create landing page for an affiliate product and spam your domain on social media. Your accounts will get banned and your domain will probably get blacklisted, so you need to make as much as you can. Once you have a good capital, you can plan long-term projects.
 
With 11$ I would not burn it on ads. The budget is too small to learn anything useful from Facebook. I would use free traffic methods and keep the money for a domain, tools or something that helps once you actually find a working angle.

How does reselling of a domain with the site works
 
You need more capital to start a business and invest. Focus on jobs that can generate a stable income and create a source of capital for yourself.
 
Domain + first month hosting. That's about $11. Start a niche site, learn SEO while you build it. It won't print money in week one but it's a real asset you own. Better than burning it on ad testing where $11 teaches you nothing.

If I were in that situation, I would first sell things around the house that I don’t use anymore. Then, I would use the money to buy items that I can resell and make a profit.
