niche you brief us on. No proxies, no cloners, no sandboxed app instances on the creation side. Every account is
shadowban-checked before the credentials are released to you.
What we deliver is the build itself — how the accounts perform after handover depends on your environment (proxy,

that point a full refund is available on request. After production starts, your remedy for dead-on-arrival accounts is
the recording-gated replacement policy below.

page on getmetamarket.com. That page is where the reveal happens — credentials

- Region: USA — USA mobile IP at creation, USA device locale.
- Device + network: non-jailbroken modern iPhones, genuine 5G mobile data. No emulators, no app cloners, no
farm scripts at creation. - Pre-warming: each account is warmed per the brief you supply (niche, bio examples, username styling,
reference accounts, PFP direction). Snap orders also accept first name, last name, display name, DOB, gender, Bitmoji
hair. - Blanks (IG only): no brief required — just username styling. Min order drops to 1 for blanks.
- Delivery format:
username:password:2fa:backup. Accounts are SMS-registered. We do not deliver
email credentials. - Access type: full handover — you receive the credentials and own the account. No shared access, no rentals.
- Ownership: every account is created fresh by us. We do not resell stolen, hacked or compromised accounts
under any circumstances.

3. Delivery time
- Standard orders: delivered within 2 business days.
- Bulk orders (500+) may extend lead time — we will quote you a window in the bot before production starts.
- Production starts when the order moves out of
pending. You will see status updates inside the bot.
4. Refund & replacement policy
Orders are non-refundable once production starts (i.e. once the order moves out of

- The account cannot authenticate with the credentials we provided, or
- The account is banned, locked, or hard-shadowbanned at first login, demonstrably not caused by your usage.

- I'm recording — reveal → activates insurance for this order.
- Skip — reveal anyway → reveals the credentials uninsured. Section 4 won't apply to that order.

4.3 — Screen recording requirements (if you activate insurance)
- Start your screen recording on the Account ready page before clicking I'm recording — reveal.
Anything started after a credential is on screen does not count. - Keep the recording running through the reveal and your first login to each account.
- One continuous capture — no cuts, no edits, no splices, no app-switching off camera.
- The revealed username and password must be visible on screen, along with the platform's response on first login
(success / "incorrect password" / "account disabled" / etc).
If accounts come up dead on arrival, send the recording plus your order ID to
@MetaMarketOrderBot for replacement.
4.4 — What voids insurance
- You changed the password or 2FA before reporting.
- The account was banned due to your usage (automation, mass-DM, scraping, jailbroken clients).
- You logged in from a region or proxy materially different from the build (e.g. logging into a USA account from a
non-residential European IP). - You transferred, resold, or gifted the account to a third party.
- Wear-out from your own operation — flags or stalling that surface after legitimate use. Insurance covers delivery
quality, not platform behaviour over time.

- Warm logins from a clean USA residential or mobile IP, matching the account's region.
- Avoid jailbroken or modified clients on the first session.
- Give the account a quiet first 24–48 hours before pushing posting / DM volume.
- If you are running automation, scale it up gradually — not from session one.
