Why aren't my Facebook Ads campaigns generating sales anymore?

Lately, my advertising costs have been very high, generating many messages but not resulting in any orders.

I have seen this happen when the ads attract curious people instead of buyers. Lots of messages look good in the dashboard but the intent is weak.
I would check your targeting and creatives first because a small change there can completely change the quality of leads coming in.

Last month my results were great, but in the last two weeks my ads have been losing a lot of money.

Fb is tough... usually, if a campaign gets results, i'd just double it to avoid any problem, because almost any little change you do in the campaign will happen that, you just lose all your results.

Check the content and client files again; I think you're targeting junk files.

Until I take a proper look at the Facebook Ads account, it’s hard to say why the sales aren't coming in or what's causing the issue. It could be a targeting problem, creative, or there might be something else affecting the performance. I need to review the account first without checking it, it would just be guesswork.

I think you should change the content.

messages converting to zero orders means the leak's in your dm follow-up not the ads, fix that funnel before touching targeting

Don't kill your current ad just yet if it's still bringing in data. Keep it running, but duplicate it to test 2 or 3 new ad creatives inside that same ad set to see if a different angle can convert those clicks into actual buyers.
Also, here's a solid trick: set up a separate Engagement campaign and pump budget directly into the Post IDs of your main Message ads. Stacking up social proof on those exact ads will drastically increase trust and make it much easier for your sales team to close the deal in the DMs

man, gettin' a shitton of messages but zero sales means your ad targeting is way too broad and pullin' in broke window-shoppers, or your sales closing script is totally weak, switch your ad optimization from "Engagement/Messages" to "Leads/Conversions" with strict lookalike audiences

I'd start by reviewing your ad creatives and audience targeting to make sure everything is aligned before making any other changes.
