We want to start 5-6 sites, our concern is only using the same theme(minor changes in colors).
- Do you know if using theme can make us getting rejected?
- Should we apply for approval one by one as we have similar theme? Or it does not matter.

Same theme is fine; just avoid duplicate content and low-quality pages — apply one by one if possible for safer approvals.

I’ve reused the same theme across a bunch of sites and never hit a snag as long as each one had its own voice and wasn’t stuffed with thin pages. Google cares way more about what you put on the site than how the layout looks. Applying for each site on its own also kept things cleaner for me and made it easier to spot what needed fixing.

I am not an expert, but I don't think using the same theme by itself would cause a rejection. A lot of websites use the same WordPress themes and templates.

Using the same theme is usually not a problem imo. Lots of Adsense approved sites use identical themes.

Content quality, site structure, policies, and overall value matter much more. I'd focus on making each site unique rather than worrying about the theme.

theme rejection would not occur because there are other adsense approved websites that use the same theme.
however, the important thing is to make sure that the website is unique in terms of its content and page.

From my Experience, Adsense mainly focuses on The content itself rather than theme when it comes to acceptance or rejection. Just ensure that the content is unique and helpfull.

Google isn’t just reviewing design, it’s evaluating intent signals

Does the content feel like it exists independently of ads?
Does the site have a clear topical direction or is it random posts stitched together?
Is there enough depth that users would return without needing monetization prompts?

You can pass approval with a basic theme if the content structure feels stable and purposeful.

And you can still get rejected with a perfect theme if the site looks like it was assembled purely for AdSense.

Using the same theme is totally fine, but don't submit them under the same Publisher ID all at once. If your first site gets flagged for low-value content, the manual reviewer might bulk-reject the rest just by looking at the footprint. Space them out by 7 days, change up the main category names, and make sure your mandatory pages like Privacy Policy are entirely customized for each domain.

Using the same theme is often not a real issue. The rejections are usually because the content looks thin or repeated, not because of the layout or design. You can apply it piece by piece, or go ahead and do everything all at once, as long as each site has its own unique, top tier content.

No matter the same website theme you can use one theme in mulitple websites go ahed Best of luck

In my opinion using the same theme on multiple sites usually will not cause rejection. aproval is more about content quality and complaince than design.

I’ve been in your shoes, running a bunch of sites that look like twins with different hair dye. Never ran into Google trouble as long as I kept the content fresh and real. AdSense did nitpick if my “About” or “Privacy” pages seemed copy-pasted, so I rewrote those for each site even if it felt a bit silly. I always waited a week or so between applications just to avoid raising eyebrows.

consistency of theme from one site to another is not the issue since adsense values unique and specific content. the danger lies in the thin content or the templated content, and therfore you ned to apply strategicaly and make your content unque.

Using the same theme with minor customization is generally fine focus more on unique content good site structure and overall quality than the theme itself.

same theme is not a problem for adsense approval, rejection usually depends on content quality not design, but it’s better to apply one by one and make sure each site has unique and proper content to stay safe.

theme duplication are okay with AdSense. If your application gets rejected, its only because of either thin or duplicate cntent, but never becuz of theme duplications. what realy counts is the uniquenes of content on each individual site.

Many of those placements come not from outreach alone, but rather from network relationships built by the PR agency and their media connections. When doing this yourself, data or an interesting story is often more valuable than just pitching a guest post.

from what i have seen using the same theme alone is not usually a problem as long as each site has original content clear purpose and good user experience i would focus more on making every site unique than worrying about the theme itself
