facebook ads freezing my other adsets??

hey, i launched 5 different adsets in facebook ads to test new audiences. but for some reason, only 1 adset is spending the budget and getting all the reach. the other 4 are barely spending any cents, they are like totally frozen.

bids and budgets are same for all of them.

is this some fb glitch or am i doing something wrong? should i duplicate the frozen ones into a new campaign or just wait it out? let me know what u think.
Try giving it some time first, FB usually pushes budget to the best performing adset at start, but if it still doesn’t spend after a day or two, duplicate the stuck adsets into a fresh campaign or slightly increase their bids/budgets to force delivery.

Check your budget distribution and campaign settings—those are often the cause of ad sets slowing or stopping.

Facebook usually pushes budget to the adset it thinks can perform best during the learning phase so this is pretty normal. I would let it run a bit longer or try new audiences with clearer differences instead of duplicating the frozen ones right away.

Happens quite often on Meta. The system usually pushes budget to the ad set with better early signals, even if budgets are the same. I’d wait a little before duplicating, sometimes the others start spending later, maybe you can observe it
