YouTube - Best way to create multiple accounts and warmup?

I have two gmail accounts with +5 years of use. I'm thinking to create 5 channels on each gmail account for separation (heard using new gmails / buying warmed up accounts can be risky).

For those who have gone down the multi-youtube-channel road before:
- is this similar to tiktok, where having multiple accounts on one device/admin is a big red flag?
- Do you need to warmup each account, and if so, is it similar to tiktok warmup?
- Will my page views be penalized if I switch to api posting / offshore the accounts for manual VA posting post-warmup?

Thanks!

you should expect that they can all be tied together via your i and computer, so you should work with them correctly. Why you need that many? surely you aren't making as much DIFFERENT content as that that you need like multiple channels for? hopefully your not super noobing it, and stealing other peoples content?! :D

Yeah I'm making a bunch of content for 10+ businesses. Each needs its own account. Not noobing it, each post is distinct/original.

The risk lies not in the number of channels, but in your digital footprint (or digital fingerprint). Youtube allows multiple Brand Accounts under a single login without automatically triggering a ban. The real problem arises if you operate the all using the same IP address and User-Agent, and without session isolation.

Use these older Gmail accounts as "parent" accounts, since google views them as highly trustworthy, and create Brand Accounts from them, but never log into all of them simultaneously. Use isolated browsers and proxies.

You can have multiple channels as long as your content is viewed by youtube as quality content, that is basically making it to the top 10% in your niche, youtube promotes channels and creators that have multiple accounts as long as the content is of very good quality. If it is just mid, then you need to follow isolation method, isolate your adsense, google accounts, ip addresses and etc.

I wouldn't stress about having a few channels on one Gmail, that's pretty normal. I'd just keep things consistent if you're handing them off. I use Gologin to keep different profiles separate so I don't accidentally mix sessions.

Using old Gmails is smart, but putting 5 channels on one Gmail is risky. If one channel gets banned for a policy violation, YouTube will likely nuke all channels tied to that same Google account.

Unlike TikTok, YouTube doesn't care as much about device sharing if the channels are completely clean, but warm-up is still necessary—mostly by watching videos and slowly uploading to build initial trust. Switch to an anti-detect browser with static ISP proxies if you plan to pass them to an offshore VA later, as sudden IP jumps will trigger suspicious login locks.

Thank you! I've tried creating new emails for my VA, one for each channel and with distinct cell number for verification, but of course with no luck due to bot-like activity. I've only done two so far and both have gotten suspended.

Do you/anyone know if having separate VA emails for each channel is even necessary? Or can they use their personal email as long as they only access the channels through isolated browsers/proxies? I was concerned using a gmail that is used for their personal work outside of the isolated browser would ruin the session isolation (Say they login to youtube outside of the isolated session, the channels would all appear there too since its the same gmail). Same concern for just using one gmail to manage 5+ channels, since when you login to youtube all the channels you have access to show up in the dropdown.

The VA emails getting suspended could just be because they were new emails with new phone numbers, then went straight into channel work. Maybe try one owner Gmail per channel if you want to control what each VA can access. Keep that channel in its own antidetect browser profile with a clean proxy. Then just share the profile with the VA, no need to hand over the Gmail password.

Thank You! This makes sense, will try it. Is it worth warming up the youtube channel on a separate phone before moving everything to an antidetect browser profile?

Not really needed if the antidetect profile is the setup you plan to use long term. Warming on a phone first just adds another environment change later. If the channel was already warmed on a phone, move it slowly. Use a proxy close to the phone’s usual location, log in normally, and keep activity light for a bit.

From my personal experience You Tube appears to be more flexible compared to Tik Tok when using different accounts. I would concentrate more on stayying within the natural boundaries of the site policies nd avoiding the excessive warm up.

I think you should manage your accounts in separate environments, and the information associated with each account should be completely unique.

YouTube still detects device, IP, and browser fingerprint across your accounts, so you should manage them independently on separate browser profiles with separate IPs. You can use an antidetect browser along with a proxy for this.

I have multiple accounts that have been sitting for about a year, each with around 20 channels, and they're still in good standing. But whenever I create a new account, it gets flagged right away. Maybe they're stricter now.

So, I think buying accounts is still a good option, as long as they're unused and clean.

Multiple channels under one Gmail is completely normal. No special "warm-up" like TikTok—just post consistently.

The biggest risk isn't multiple channels, it's spammy behavior. API/VA posting is generally fine if everything stays natural and follows YouTube's rules.

YT allows multiple Brand channels on one gmail safely unlike TikTok's harsh device bans, requires phone verification instead of engagement warmup, but offshoring to VAs or using API requires Antidetect Browsers + clean Proxies to prevent security locks and reach drops from sudden IP shifts.

Using aged Gmail accounts with multiple brand channels is a smart way to save proxy and setup costs, but YouTube’s risk engine is aggressive when it comes to automated API publishing or handing off accounts to virtual assistants.

Even though YouTube allows brand channels under one Google account, they share the core ecosystem trust score. If you switch to API publishing later, or if your virtual assistant logs in from a different hardware/IP fingerprint, you risk a chain-reaction ban across all 5 channels.

To stay safe:

1: Keep your anti-detect browser profiles strictly isolated for each channel cluster.

2: Pair them with clean, static residential IPs (never datacenter IPs for YouTube).

3: Mimic natural human interaction curves during warm-up before hitting any automation APIs. Don't rush the handoff to VAs.

You can use one Gmail for multiple channels. but it increases the surface area if that Gmail gets flagged. If a VA needs to manage these channels, give them access to a separate Gmail account that's only used for this purpose. that way, even if they mix up logins, the issue stays contained.
