Thanks a lot to the reviewer and BHW staff for taking the time to test our service and share feedback.
To clarify what was delivered:
- The reviewer asked for a competitor data export only and did not specify time range or request analysis.
- Our default for a “raw export” is full‑lifetime data from the Google Ads account.
- We provided a complete set of reports (campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, auction insights, audiences, devices, locations, demographics, etc.) as screenshots, exactly as described in our service.
Where the misunderstanding happened:
For someone who does not work with this kind of data daily, a full‑period export can be hard to read and not very insightful.
The reviewer also expected analysis and methodology, while this was not explicitly requested in the initial instructions.
If a buyer doesn’t specify a time range, we will ask and recommend a recent period instead of sending full‑lifetime data by default.
In the review case we also provided an extra 6‑month cut free of charge to support the testing process.
Our goal is to give access to real internal Google Ads data and make it actually useful, so we appreciate this feedback and have adjusted our offer and communication accordingly.
