Simply keep changing cards; appealing is very time-consuming.

I had the same problem as you.

I suggest you to try Virtual cards from our BHW marketplace. Many sellers have good vcc which supports in facebook.
 
Continue to change cards and use different bank cards with accurate information.
 
Lately, I've been having a lot of trouble with this issue. I've tried many different types of cards, but they're still being blocked.
 
Is it rejecting a specific card, or is it preventing you from adding any new payment method at all? Could be a lot of reasons why that happens, might be good to narrow it down a bit. Like if multiple different cards are being rejected, it's very likely an issue with the account and not the cards. Such and such.

The card you added was likely rejected by Facebook; if possible, try using a credit card or a physical Visa card, as these are easier to add as a payment method than virtual cards.
 
This usually means your device, IP, or billing profile has been flagged and blacklisted.
Clear your browser footprint, switch to a fresh residential proxy, and use a completely new virtual credit card VCC under a fresh billing profile to bypass the block.
 
It looks like the payment method may not have been accepted. If you have the option, try adding a credit card or a physical Visa card, as they often work more smoothly than virtual cards.
 
i thought the card was faulty and got a new one, but I still couldn't add it. It turned out that the advertising account needed verification first. After completing that step, adding a payment method became much easier
 
You should look for a reputable virtual card provider based in the United States; cards linked to U.S. banks tend to be more reliable

The current trend is virtual cards, and each card should only be used for a maximum of two accounts to avoid the risk of card scanning. I solved my problem by this way.
