For about a week now, emails haven't been arriving at any domains (Gmail, AOL, etc.); has anyone found a solution to this?

Sometimes it happens. if your email inbox is full then you didn't receive a new verification mail. clean your email storage then try again. i hope it'll work

No, the problem isn't related to that. I receive emails on my main account, but accounts that haven't been used for a long time don't receive them.

I'd first check weather it's a sending issue or a deliverability issue. If emails aren't reaching any provider, it's usually related to sender reputation, DNS records SPF, DKIM, DMARC or an IP that's been flagged. not the individual email services themselves.

It has to do with the account remaining inactive for years. There are new methods for this, but automating the process is very difficult.

Yeah if its only old inactive accs, this sounds like an IG-side restriction, not email delivery. Have you tried triggering the reset from a previously used device or through linked FB?

I think it's just a temporary issue. Try signing in from a different location or device and submitting the request again to see if you receive the email.

Its an IP thing. As long as you use a 4G proxy; you should be able to receive the verification code. I had something happen; I just rotated the IP and its all good.

Not about ip :(. They blocked recovery of old Instagram accounts so I need the ideas of people who have knowledge about this

Please check spam/junk folders try resending the request and also use phone number recovery if available. This issue can happen due to email delivery delays or filtering. Waiting 24-48 hours and retying often fixes it.

Have you solved the problem yet? I'm facing a similar situation.
No, bro. I was giving out old Instagram accounts, but production has stopped completely due to this problem.

sounds like a frustrating issue, have you checked your spam or junk folders? sometimes email providers can be a bit overzealous with filtering, so it might be worth checking there or trying a different email address altogether. if that doesn't work, reaching out to instagram support might be your best bet.
Yes, I checked, the problem is: Instagram has not sent password reset mail to the mails of accounts that have not been logged in for years

Are you requesting it from the same device/ip? If so that's maybe the case, have you tried changing it?

If it's happening with every provider, it's probably a sender-side issue. I'd check your mail server, DNS records, and sender reputation first.
