Best Ways to Warm Up and Maintain Facebook Ad Accounts?

Slow start man, normal profile activity few days, small budgets first, avoid aggressive edits, keep billing and BM details clean and consistent.

I’ve noticed new FB accounts get restricted quickly if you throw ads on them right away. People often talk about “farming” accounts, but I’m looking for legitimate ways to warm up accounts for better stability.
How do you prepare new personal or business accounts before spending serious money on campaigns? Any tips on pacing, activity, or settings that help accounts last longer without getting flagged?
i just use Facebook normal for few days, post, engage, verify details and start with small budget then slowly scale so account look natural.

just use real profile, complete all info, post normal content for few days, start with small budget and increase slowly, keep everything compliant and don’t rush big spend early.

one thing i don't see mentioned enough is don't touch ads manager at all for the first few days. just use the boost button from your page, fb treats those differently and it builds trust faster. after a few boosts go fine then switch to ads manager. also avoid editing your campaign too much in the first 48hrs, every edit resets the review and increases the chance of getting flagged.

There's no way to warm them up quickly. If you need them urgently, you can only find healthy agency account providers. If you want to use your own account, you'll need to warm it up for at least 3-4 days.

isp proxies + stealth browsers + long history + activites + make profile real

For how long do you "warm up" the accounts?
I use never used proxies+ads power and still getting flagged.
Warming up the accounts for two weeks.

Start by reviewing your ad content to make sure it aligns with the platform's policies. If everything looks compliant, using a well-established account may help provide more consistent account stability over time.

Focus on policy-compliant campaigns, consistent activity, and gradual budget changes rather than rapid scaling.

hi i think it’s better to start slowly then complete the account setup and keep normal activity and increase ad spend gradually instead of making big changes from day one.

Two weeks of warm-up should be enough. if your ads are still getting suspended immediately after being set up, have you tried changing the creatives, landing page, or other elements...
