Since you're on PerfectPanel specifically — here's what's actually waiting for you:

PP loads Bootstrap 3, jQuery, and its own scripts. You don't control where they load from or in what order. They are render-blocking. You cannot move them without breaking core functionality — order forms, CSRF handling, modals, the whole cabinet. Touch them and things stop working.

There's no lazy loading on PP's end. Everything loads on every page whether the user needs it or not.

You can host your own CSS and JS on an external CDN. That helps for returning visitors. First visit still pays the DNS resolution cost on top of PP's own requests, so net gain is smaller than you expect.

After doing all of that — your own assets lean, CDN set up, images compressed, everything clean — you're looking at 80–85 on Google mobile PageSpeed. That's the ceiling. Not because of anything you did wrong. Because of what PP ships with that you cannot change.

If you're chasing that number to rank for "smm panel" — it won't move the needle. That keyword is decided by domain age, backlink profile, and content depth. Core Web Vitals are a tiebreaker at the margins, not the deciding factor at the top.

If you're chasing it for actual users — the real answer is building your public-facing pages as clean custom Twig with scoped CSS and no unnecessary dependencies, hosted separately from the cabinet. That's a different project. Optimizing PP itself has a hard wall and you'll hit it fast.
