I have contacted this person to remove a one-star Google review and it keeps getting pushed back, saying 24 hours, 48 hours etc. I have not received my money back yet and will update this again by EoD with screenshots of the user and our conversations on Tele if the money is not returned back.

Still no money back and zero communication from the seller. Will be opening a scam report here if this isn't resolved by tomorrow morning.
 
Opening a scam report. User now hasn't messaged me back and is continuing to ignore messages and still hasn't sent the $120 back. This person is a scammer, do not deal with.

Optivista, please immediately initiate a refund for my order. It has been 39 Days. I have extended your deadline as asked. You mentioned you are waiting for google to respond but your thread specifically has a deadline of 15 Days. @sageshark @BassTrackerBoats

Just wanted to let you know that I checked today, and both of my Google reviews have now been successfully removed.
