How can i make money with unlimited access to numbers?

I've had access to unlimited non virtual numbers since 2021 from a platform i happened to crack but i never did much with it but to create google accounts every now and then, in december i shared this with someone and he told me i could make so much money without having to sell this out but he never told me how. Tired of people being vague about it. btw i tried survey apps already but they are very difficult, i need new ideas. appreciate you all.

You can sell these numbers for sign ups. Many people buy numbers to get OTPs to register multiple accounts on social media.
You'll have to find a way to automate it because selling manually is going to be very difficult.

Thank you for the advice, i agree doing it manually will be hard. Finding out how to automate it might also be an issue considering i only have access to the mobile app and not API.
