i think strict platform rules and account stability issues makes the market more limited.
 
it might be partly that, but I think a lot of sellers are just overwhelmed with messages and spend more time filtering buyers than selling new accounts can also get slower responses because sellers are being cautious about scams, chargebacks, or time wasters
I wouldn’t assume there’s a huge shortage — sometimes it’s just a matter of finding a seller who is active and responsive

Yep definitely risky but if they scam you here you can put them on the shit list.
 
In fact, many sellers do not pay attention to a buyer who is new until he or she gains some experience with the forum. When a person becomes more experienced, the response will be much better.
