What are the reasons that might stop a channel from getting monetization?

Can you tell me what could be the potential reasons for this channel to be not monetized? https://www.youtube.com/@OddlyWired/videos

I posted a thread recently about my 2 main channels for revenue being suspended due to older related channels having been flagged for duplicate content, do you have any experience on this? Would love to chat with you to see if you have any ideas that could help me. Right now I am just going through the motions of attempting to remonetize the channels they flagged so I can eventually get my main channels back.

Are there any SEO tips or tricks you can share? I publish a audio/video podcast on youtube and would love to see it grow faster.
