Yo what up guys I noticed that I can't post any links in comments anymore, even with accounts who are aged and with karma, not even a medium article link. Is reddit now game over to spread links or do you guys think it's just temporary?

Do you post links and they get hidden? have you checked your CQS score?

yeah, reddit has been tightening link filters hard. i’d check CQS and also test no-link comments for a while, because aged accounts still get limited if the pattern looks promotional.

I think its probaly temporary or subreddit specific. some communities have become much stricter with external link to reduce spam .I had a wait a bit and test in different subreddits before assuming reddit has blocked links completely.

Yeah, Reddit has definitely gotten stricter with links lately. I don't think it's game over though. I've noticed it's better to stay active, leave helpful comments first, and only share a link when it actually adds value.

Could just be Reddit testing new filters or that specific subreddit being extra strict.
