Microworkers & SproutGigs

I've been working with Microworkers and SproutGigs for a while now and I'm curious about other people's real experience with these platforms.
A few questions:
How much have you actually made from Microworkers or SproutGigs? Is it worth the time investment?
What type of tasks pay the best on these platforms?
Have you hit any payout issues or account bans?
Are there any better alternatives you've switched to? ( Rapidworkers, timebuck etc.)
Not looking for "get rich quick" answers — just honest experience from people who've actually grinded these platforms.
Appreciate any input.

From what I have seen, earnings on Microworkers and SproutGigs usually depend more on consistency than the platform itselfs most people treat it as side income rather than something scalable. The better-paying tasks tend to be the ones involving sign-ups, testing, or longer micro-gigs, but they’re also less frequent.

Never heard of gainworkers. How long have you been using them , are they legit ?
