Quick question for those doing SEO + affiliate sites:

What type of affiliate programs are converting best for you right now; high ticket, low ticket, or recurring offers?

Curious what’s actually worth focusing on in 2026.

Clickbank is working best for me. I am promoting cliclbank, cj, amazon, marketcall, leadsmart, maxbounty.
For all 3 high ticket low ticket and recurring clickbank is working best but lots of competition so it doesn't matter if I tell you about it or not.

I also don't know what your question implies. I wish you to find the answer soon.

I've been experimenting with a mix of high-ticket and recurring offers on my affiliate sites, and I've noticed that Clickbank and Maxbounty are indeed performing well. However, I've also had some success with Amazon's affiliate program, particularly with low-ticket items that have a high demand.

Recurring saas offers are king for seo traffic because of compounding income, high ticket is good for quick cash but hard to convert with just blogs.

most effective affiliate marketing programs for SEO are those with reputable products, high conversion rates, and attractive commissions

I run paid traffic rather than SEO, but the program selection criteria is the same regardless of traffic source — so maybe this is useful.

Recurring SaaS is where I focus. The math compounds in a way one-time commissions don't. Rork (AI app builder) gave me 20% recurring — 279 customers over 8 months means I'm still collecting on customers I acquired months ago without touching the campaign. That's the model worth building around.

For what actually converts well: the key signal I look for before spending anything is brand search volume. If people are already searching for the product by name, the intent is there. Someone typing [product name] into Google is one step from buying — you just need to be in their path. Products with no brand search volume are a much harder sell regardless of traffic source.

Things I've learned the hard way on program selection:
- Always verify TOS before running any paid ads — some programs look clean until you scale and they claw commissions back
- Cookie window matters more than commission rate on paper. 30 days minimum, 60+ is better
- Programs on Rewardful or similar platforms tend to be more transparent about tracking than ones running their own in-house system

Tried Newsquawk and DataSift — both zero conversion despite decent click volume. Brand search existed but the audience was mostly existing users, not buyers. Intent mattered more than volume.
