I used their services for warming/running Reddit accounts. I was very pleased with the communication from the seller and he was very responsive. I assumed all was going well. About 6 weeks in (the accounts were meant to be nearly ready) I had found that out of the 250-300 initial accounts, only 12 were still alive/unbanned. I was incredibly frustrated and the seller was initially not very apologetic but he came around and began to understand the severity of the situation as I relied upon his services for my business' marketing strategy which was now going to be delayed by a minimum of 3 months. He continued to try and keep more Reddit accounts going over the next 10 or so days but failed to do so. He then gave me a free month of work upon my request which I do appreciate and he honoured that obligation, so credit to the seller for that. The work I then gave him was to download/scrape content from specific sites which was done very poorly by his VAs who often missed content and I had to continually check if they were downloading everything, which they never were. I sort of gave up in the end and gave them very minimal tasks like scheduling X posts etc.
Overall, not a great experience but it was not for a lack of effort on the seller's end, he was always responsive and trying his best. I do think that the VAs do rather low-quality work and do not recommend this for anyone requiring moderately difficult tasks executed, especially those requiring decent English.
