My porn website built with Claude AI

I wanted to share my experience building a 100% French adult tube site I launched just a few days ago.

1. The concept :

A free French porn video site with a clean, professional design, automatically fed by imports from Eporner, XVideos and Xhamster.

2. Tools used :

- Google Stitch to generate the initial design and HTML/CSS structure in minutes
- Claude AI for everything else: PHP conversion, MariaDB database, automatic import scripts, English → French title translation via the Anthropic API, ad integration (ExoClick, FapCash), SEO, Apache security

3. What Claude actually did :

- Python auto-import scripts (cron every 3-4h)
- 2,400+ videos imported and translated automatically
- FapCash widget with hover trailer preview
- Popunder + In-Page Push via ExoClick
- Legal pages (DMCA, GDPR, 2257, Terms)
- Dynamic sitemap, Schema.org, SEO meta tags

4. Results after 3 days :

862 visits, +770% vs previous week
France leading the traffic

5. Conclusion : With no advanced dev skills, I was able to build a fully functional site in just a few days. Stitch for the design, Claude for all the backend and automation. The combo is insanely powerful.

What are you using to host the videos? What's the stack there? Where do you see your growing pains in the near/distant future?

you used a new domain name or old expired one ? also you post just french porn videos ? and how many pages indexed for now so far

I'm not concerned with that, unlike the porn tubes that rank first on Google.

Hosting and technical infrastructure :

Videos are not hosted internally; I use embed codes from major platforms (XVideos, XHamster, Eporner).
This saves me from bandwidth costs, keeping hosting expenses very low. The site itself runs on a VPS with CyberPanel/LiteSpeed, PHP, and MariaDB, hosted by AlexHost.
The import process is fully automated using Python scripts that fetch metadata (title, thumbnail, duration, view count) and store it in a MySQL database. Pages are generated dynamically from this data.

Anticipated future challenges :

1. Short term: traffic. The content engine is running (nearly 9,000 videos imported, with automated imports every 4 hours), but attracting qualified visitors remains the real challenge. I am just starting to automate posting on X to complete the loop.

2. Medium term: reliance on external embeds. If a platform changes its embedding policy or gets blocked in France (as is already the case for PornHub or RedTube), I could lose those videos overnight. There is no real solution to this other than diversifying sources.

3. Long term: if traffic increases significantly, I will need to consider using a CDN, a caching strategy, and potentially self-hosting at least some of the content. For now, Cloudflare handles caching, but only in a basic way.

Domain :

Brand new domain, registered fresh. No expired domain tricks, I wanted a clean slate with no previous penalties or unrelated history attached to it.

Content :

Yes, strictly French content. The niche is intentional "French porn" has solid search volume and less competition than generic tubes. All imports are filtered by language/nationality (french, française, amateur français, etc.) so everything stays on-niche.

Indexed pages :

Still very early, Google has only crawled around 20 pages so far, but the site is less than a month old. With 8928 videos in the DB and dynamic pages being generated automatically, I expect that number to grow fast as Googlebot keeps crawling. GSC is set up and I'm monitoring it.

Is your domain name in French and does it contain a sexually explicit keyword?

Yes

Is it a WordPress site?

No, I created my own CMS/CSS.

why ? many people still have success with wp websites i guess on adult niche

Yes, regarding WordPress, it still holds up, but for me, you have to install too many plugins and pay to secure it as much as possible.

This would probably be a great post over at the journeys section? Really interesting BTW
