How often should you post on twitter X daily?

‎I just started using X and I’m trying to build consistency. What posting frequency has worked for you?

Posting around 1–3 times a day works fine when you’re starting, just stay consistent and focus more on quality than spamming posts.
 
This is highly individual for each account.If your posts receive good engagement, you can publish up to five posts per day.However, if your posts do not gain engagement and you keep posting frequently in large numbers, you are only harming the account.

Always analyze your content to see which posts generate more engagement.Spam posts, especially those without audience interaction, reduce the trust level of your account and negatively affect its growth.
 
From my experience, 2 to 5 posts a day is a good balance. Enough to stay active without burning yourself out. Consistency matters more than posting nonstop.

You wrote everything correctly, spam is killing your account.
 
It depends on whether your X is already known.
If it's newly built and nobody knows about it yet, you should only post 2-3 articles a day to avoid being flagged as spam by X.
 
focus less on posting, and more on making witty replies, trying to grow your account by posting more does not seem to help compare to just making the effort to reply as much as possible
 
In the early stages, I usually post two to three times a day. Once the account becomes established and stable, I reduce it to just one post per day.
 
Really really hevily depends on the niche. I would say minimum should be around 3 posts per day.
 
Yeah @johnson2233 has the right idea. if you have zero followers posting 3 times a day is basically just talking to yourself... the algo wont feed your posts to anyone anyway. better to do maybe 1 tweet a day just so your profile doesnt look dead, then spend the rest of your energy replying to big accounts in your niche. just make sure the replies actually add value or sound funny otherwise x will shadowban you real quick.
