What's One Habit That Improved Your Productivity?

The one habit that improved my productivity is not taking any work that's time sensitive. Do whatever I want whenever I want.
Being on the clock is the biggest buzz killer. Why everyone hates their work?
Because they are on the clock!
Never be on the clock and you will like and enjoy what you do.
All Mico dosing and micro dopamining your task is BS. All the mindset shit is BS all of it.

Time blocking helped me the most. I stopped jumping between tasks and gave each thing a fixed slot during the day.
It sounds simple but my output went up once I killed the constant context switching.

skiped junk foods and drinking sufficient water

Everyone has different ways of staying focused.

What's one small habit that made a noticeable difference in your daily work?
Well, not the most focused so I take things one step at a time. You lose focus when you try to do too many things at the same time. You might end up not even achieving any.

mine is to listen to good music using earbud so i can work more efficiently

My to-do list contains only three tasks that I have to do on that particular day,. This keeps me from getting distracted with smaller thing.
