Hello YouTubers

I am starting a new faceless YouTube channel focused on AI construction Shorts. For those working in similar niches what has helped you grow faster and get more views in the early stages?

Would love to hear your advice and experiences.

With faceless AI niches, speed is more important than refinement, post daily and cut the losers quick based on retention. Hooks in the first 1 2 seconds and visual changes are what drive Shorts, not the AI topic. Once you find a winner, simply duplicate the concept with small changes, not reinventing the wheel

To quickly grow an AI-themed YouTube Shorts channel without revealing your face, the key to initial success is to keep viewers engaged for the first 3 seconds, upload consistently (at least 1-2 videos per day), and create intriguing scenarios to appeal to people's desire to explore new technologies.

from what i have seen in faceless ai shorts niches consistency and strong hooks in the first few seconds matter the most early growth usually comes from testing different video styles and copying patterns from viral videos in the same niche then slowly refining based on retention data

@proxygo has a point but its not faceless AI itself that gets channels nuked, its low effort reused content with no transformation. I run a couple faceless channels and the ones that survived had actual editing on top of the AI stuff, voiceover variation, original captions etc. The ones I got lazy with got hit.

One thing nobody mentioned... your retention graph tells you way more than total views early on. I ignore view count for the first like 2 weeks and just watch where people drop. usually its the same spot, around 3-4 sec, and fixing that one moment did more for me than posting twice as much.

Also construction niche is good actually, satisfying build stuff performs well. just dont overthink the AI angle, viewers dont care its AI they care if it looks cool in the first second.

Content that shares practical experience, tips, and techniques is often highly engaging and attracts viewers' attention. You should give that type of content a try.

from what i have seen early growth comes from testing different formats instead of repeating the same style every time strong hooks short pacing and consistent uploads helped much more than chasing trends watching retention and improving each upload made the biggest difference for me
