and there are times when results just don't come -
no replies, no placements, nothing.

once my outreach goes quiet I don’t worry about getting answers back but instead focus on working out the right pitch and list. sometimes one small tweak makes more differene than 100 more outreach attempt.

When outreach stops working, I don’t assume the whole strategy is dead. Usually it’s list quality, stale offer, or timing. I just tweak the angle or rebuild the prospect list and test again. Most of the time it’s fixable with small changes, not a full reset.
