Used it for a couple years now. The "everyone sounds the same" thing everyone keeps repeating is real but kinda overstated imo. The bigger problem i actually ran into was deliverability... the models love certain words and phrases ("unlock", "dive in", "in todays landscape", em dashes everywhere) and those tank you in filters more than people realize. Strip that stuff out first.
@SMM Junction already nailed the main bit, feed it 2-3 of your own emails that actually converted and tell it to copy the rhythm not the words. Don't ask it to "humanize", that just gives you another flavour of generic. Test subject lines in batches and let the rest be boring, the offer does more work than the copy anyway.
