Buying upvotes and comments is still a nightmare on Reddit?

A few months ago I struggled a lot trying to find a website or provider good enough to offer sticky upvotes/comments

I simply gave up

Has something even changed since then? Or is it still unstable and tricky?

Upvotes are harder and harder now a days. After 20 upvotes only 1 seems to be getting counted, we have tried a lot ourselves. And about comments in my opinion niche specific comments are working even if the account is older and stronger, going too much off-topic is getting the accounts banned. For smm and restricted niches we just gave up recently as they are the worst.
