How to make money on Reddit in 2026

Quick method to be making money on Reddit using your offer.

Easy: buy aged Reddit accounts. Check relevant subreddits for questions about which service or product to use, or use an aged account to ask that question yourself.

then make a medium account and let AI write you a critique eg. We tested 10 weight loss (or whatever your niche is) products and these are the results. Make an extensive review, obviously highlighting your product or service. Add AI images especially if it’s a physical product to make it seem like you tested a bunch of products. Highlight ur product or service in the review

Then using another aged Reddit account to comment on that tread that u found this honest review and insert the medium link to the review.

Ppl don’t trust u recommending a product or service anymore. Using the review method, ppl will trust.
Don’t forget to buy upvotes to ur comment and post
Repeat.

It's a good idea, but it won't always work, it's not like it's a hugely subtle method, many redditors smell these things from far away :D ... It can work if done well in certain cases though, good share.

That’s right. Also highly depends on the product/service. If you sell in a niche where ppl are less skeptical, the better the results. Kids toys, “handmade” gifts work great for example. Especially if it’s Disney inspired since the Disney community won’t suspect it that easily
 
Short term results are possible, but I think building a reputation in a niche community is more valuable. Trusted accounts often get better engagement than promotional ones.
 
The real question is whether the content remains published after posting or gets removed, and whether including links is actually allowed and accepted.

Most of Reddit's subreddits don't allow this.

I promote my mugs on Reddit a lot but prefer to post things in suitable forums and say things like “just bought this for my pastor now I want to keep it”

Then when people ask I can point them in the right direction.

If I was looking at doing a multiple Reddit account strategy I would have one account say I am looking for ideas for a gift for my pastor not a bile but something more personal.

You’ll get a bunch of ideas and include your own product from a second account and upvote it if needed.

Yes that’s a good strategy too, I sometimes also just post a picture of the product and ask if anybody knows where I can get it (my second account does know it lol) or other times I just straight recommend it to ppl, among other options so it doesn’t seem promoted

I run avariation on the where can I get it that works really well if used in small measures. Probably shouldn’t post it.

[“Hi does anyone know where I can get this cup from. My (family friend dead relative) bought it for me when (emotionally pulling story) last week I (accidentally angrily etc) broke it and now I feel awful.

I tried to fix it but as you can see it’s too far gone. I know it won’t be the same one but can anyone recommend where I can get it from?]

Adding an emotional story increases the authenticity and the interaction on the thread

Not entirely a new method but worthwhile contribution. This has been used in forums for years.

Oh this is truly brilliant! I’ve never thought of this before. Mind you, I am very new to Reddit marketing. I feel like setting up an ad in this way would be much more effective, especially for subreddit/sitewide ban evasion. Putting this one in my back pocket. Great advice, thank you!
