No it's not illegal but hoarding the most amount of money one person has ever owned on this planet while millions upon millions of people every day starve and live in deep poverty is unquestionably bad.

well, technically, we can't expect one person to help millions of people, also we don't know everything about him, maybe he does donate, if i had what he had i wouldn't go around helping millions of people, i'd help as many as i want, but i would defo not help every single person, that goes against nature, there are philanthropists, and there are businessmen, there are people who want their entire life to revolve around helping others, which is great for them, but to say that it should be illegal for one person to have ALOT more money than everyone else and not help everyone makes it extremely unfair for the smart hardworkers, then why work and acquire wealth? imo it should instead be mandatory that anyone who is able to should donate 2,5% of their wealth to the people living in poverty, if everyone who is able to did that, we wouldn't have millions or maybe even billions of people living in extreme poverty, but that requires each and every single one of us to help, not throw it onto 1 poor guy to handle millions of people because he happens to have more money than the rest of us.
