I am curious as to how those fiverr sellers with 300 orders in queue for Instagram promotion deliver their orders

It was written they do follow and un follow but having to think that they will log in the account on their phones, perform daily engagements follow and un follow

I believe this could get those account banned they need hundreds of phones more than 100 persons account could get banned
Lot of limitations

But I see they have thousands of good feedbacks.

I am curious to ask how they do it considering this guys are in tier 1 countries so hiring people will be expensive and difficult to find

They most likely use a specialized software (incl. mobile proxies) that runs on a dedicated, powerful machine, that is plugged with actual physical phones.
One can control say up to 20 phones with one powerful PC over a USB cable and a box.

So they're likely running mobile farms with operators, that operate these phones through the non-stop running, controlling PC.

With a lot of automation where possible.

I've tested a license and a test setup for something like this myself.

The setup is not all that trivial, if one would want a big type of a solution, then it may be better to get it set up by an expert.

They probably split accounts into tiers. Money accounts get manual care or cloud phones. Burner accounts just go through the automation loop. If they get banned, whatever. As long as they don't get banned immediately, they leave a positive review.

A lot of those sellers usually don’t rely on manual logins for every order. At scale, they tend to use automated systems, panels, or a mix of delegation and tooling that handles engagement in bulk.

They're using either privately build tools or public ones in order to manage all those accounts, at scale you can't really do this manually

Managing a few accounts is easy, but 300 is a completely different challenge.

In my view, staying organized is more important than growth tactics. If the workflow isn't solid, it becomes very difficult to keep that many accounts active and consistent.

Most use android phone farms using good quality mobile proxies with rotation and custom build tools that manage all actions . I know a few farms manage thousands with no issues. Hard part is having access to the software used the rest is an easy set up

Sellers on Fiverr who achieve massive sales often build automated systems, combine this with hiring inexpensive teams in third countries, or sell software packages (SaaS) instead of manually managing each account. This allows them to handle hundreds of orders each month.

Most of them use anti-detect browsers, like Gologin. You can manage thousand accounts just from one place, set up unique proxy, canvas and etc to isolate each one from ban system. Or usually create account in AD browsers, use API key of these browsers with js scripts that can make likes, comments and other things. I did it before personally.

1 word, "automation".
.

Id recommend paying attention to the Russian and Chinese automation markets. Ive brought up different software in my posts quite a few times, shame they banned me under section 12. Just search for Instagram account automation for UBT - basically free traffic.

That’s a good point. I’ve noticed the Russian and Chinese automation space moves fast and often has tools people in the Western market don’t talk about. Sorry to hear you got banned under section 12 though. I’ll look into Instagram automation for UBT free traffic is always worth studying if used properly.
Id suggest you write your queries in Russian since many Russian articles dont get indexed for English searches (which is pretty obvious).

They use licensed social media management tools to schedule posts, automate interactions, and perform bulk data analysis for multiple accounts simultaneously.

We are more than likely talking about large phone farm with multiple rotating mobile proxies with scripts that are running f/unf, posting etc.. It's all numbers game with it, they are most likely on 24/7, swapping proxies on monthly basis with different locations or having broad enough proxy pool to stay under the radar for volume of actions they are doing.

they use cheap scheduling tools and their posts won't reach

Most of them probably don't do it by hand. They usually use automation, teams, or both. They also expect some accounts to get banned or limited, so they build that into how they work.
