When you have fresh domain it can take 5-6 months before google will index and rank you , in that same time get into Bing quickly
write daily threads and reels your stories, share your assets , when you have 200 posts you will see good traffic form Bing (USA focused) then you will get more quick into G serps. Your content and reels should have an unique angle.

On X and IG with reels to, share assets there(!) they will like it, share it, maybe often get viral with good assets:
Then you pinned strong hook visual in your X profile, use IG too

I'm adult niche, it's better to start with a no-brainer instead of giving complicated choices or seeking personal information like email id on landing page itself. When a user shows up, the first thing you need to do is to make sure they don't leave. It's better to have a landing page that just asks if the user is an adult with just 2 buttons - yes & no. They were trained to click yes, so your engagement will definitely improve. Whatever you get on the next screen is the traffic that can be monetized. Your overall performance will improve if you run split tests and prepare a landing page with offers that have high conversion rates.
