Those were delivered very fast (TAT is 4 days for 100 links so it seems reasonable) and links are comments inside EDU subdomain's blogs.

As another user mentioned I'd use those for tiering or directly if you have some parasites. Some threads have a bunch of other comments obviously but they are still EDU domains so I think they have some good impact if you don't just blast them on your site with exact match anchors.

Overall a good service if you search for cheaper EDU links and you don't care if they are not contextual blog posts. Sometimes you need some bulk volume for extra juice so it's a good service for those uses.
