How to monetize / what to selling in the personal development niche?

I have been doing niche research for the past month to start my first blog. The personal development niche is in my top 5 final choices. The focus beginning would be on mindset, self esteem/ confidence, basically self actualization topics. I can find plenty of high traffic site with low DA.
The problem is I can't figure out how monetize this site. What am I suppose to sell in the market?
Any advice?

Clickbank self-help and health section have plenty of good offers that you can promote.
Paying from 9$ to 160$ per sale.
There's option to promote survival offers but depends on your traffic demographics.

Yes it can but I will avoid trying to sell something right away. an excellent way to get started is to first generate traffic around certain issues people are actively looking for like confidence at work, social anxiety, productivity or goal setting which have always been working for me.
