What's with folks buying Play Console / Admob / Adsense accs?

I saw a couple of ads on Insta, that says "we buy your play console / admob / adsense accounts". I reached out out of curiosity, and they said they basically buy any account (old, new, active, inactive, etc.).

But it sounds too good to be true. I mean, any seasoned IM guy knows how to maintain multiple accounts, unless you're doing something way more illegal.

Anyone ever sold their accounts AND got paid successfully? What's their play here?

I understand buying and selling ad spend accs. But these guys are buying play console accounts, admob accounts, adsense accounts. Even restricted, new, non-verified accounts.

Yeah if they're not buying verified accounts im not sure what the advantage would be

For Example there is huge looking for AFS or SE AdSense Account, they are rare and high quality Account we talk here about account that created between 2008 - 2017, more than that there is some kind of account that we called it PREMIUM ADSENSE ACCOUNT with big Company like BuzzFeed
