n cases like that, it’s usually not about a specific processor, but about risk tolerance and jurisdiction. High-risk or legally gray businesses often can’t use mainstream processors like PayPal or Stripe because of chargebacks, compliance, and enforcement risk.

From what I’ve seen discussed publicly, many operators rely on non-traditional payment setups that change frequently, or move funds through structures outside standard consumer payment platforms. That also comes with significant downsides, including frozen funds, legal exposure, and lack of buyer protection.

It’s worth noting that success stories don’t show the full picture — a lot of people in high-risk niches lose access to funds or run into serious problems long before reaching that level.

Curious to hear others’ thoughts on balancing risk versus sustainability in high-risk business models.

In high‑risk setups like that, people usually rely on offshore processors, crypto payments, or private payment brokers instead of mainstream options like PayPal or Stripe, since those platforms won’t touch risky or gray markets.

Crypto
But they DO use PayPal, with cloaking. You can cloak payment gateways. Like PayPal, Stripe, etc...

they use mostly crypto now (usdt on trc20, monero for max privacy, btc/eth sometimes)
customers send to a fresh wallet, u give the iptv login/sub right after
no chargeback, no kyc if u do it right (non kyc exchanges, mixers/tumblers)
some still use high risk merchant processors like segpay, ccbill, corepay or offshore ones (verotel, epg) for card payments but fees r 10~20%, they hold reserves, and u gotta lie on the application (call it 'streaming service' or 'tv content')
gift cards (amazon, visa prepaid) were big in the past but dying out 'cause too slow and traceable
omi's case showed they tried fake merchant accounts and some crypto, but got caught 'cause he flexed too hard and banks snitched
today in 2026, 90% of big iptv sellers run pure crypto to stay alive longer
that's the real move

You guys say crypto but with crypto not many people are comforatable to pay and its not easy since many don't know. we are talking about the average customer not people who know tech, they think paying with crypto is complicated and you lose the customer. PAYING VIA CARD EASY JUST TAP AND DONE.

@qdza how does this cloaking work/ would appreciate some info

you can use gateway payment systems . Its very good . Really i am using .

They use payment cloakers to hide what they're actually selling from Stripe or PayPal, making it look like they run a standard clothing store or digital marketing agency.
