Hello, I am looking for a payment solution for the EU and the UK

We have our own card payment processing, forex, casino, adult content, etc.

The company is based in the UK, and we operate globally.

We need international payment gateways.

Chargebacks up to 5 per cent.

If a customer exceeds the threshold, we suspend them.

We pay out funds to customers in USDT/USDC.

Transaction amounts range from 5 to 1,000 USD/EUR.

Average transaction amount is 250 EUR.

Turnover of 300k per month.

We are a PSP, but as we do not yet have an official licence, we are currently operating as a SaaS – Payment Software Provider.
We have our own payment software, including anti-fraud measures, a firewall and PCI DSS compliance.

We have had solutions in the past and still do, but we are not satisfied with the payment throughput.

5% is above normally accepted chargeback rate. Payment processors start getting uncomfortable after 1.5-2%. You'll need a high risk payment processor. I'm yet to find a reliable one. Good luck in your search and I'll be following this thread to see if a feasible suggestion comes up.

The best high risk solution you should try is offshore solutions. I can guide you to getting one, its easy and straight forward. When processing high risk payments online, there are no magic, you just need to find how to properly make it work.
